Privacy Policy

Who we are
Medhyom is a sole proprietorship based in India ("Medhyom", "we", "us"). Our postal address is available on request at hello@medhyom.com. This policy explains what personal data medhyom.com collects, why, and what you can do about it.
The short version
We set no cookies of our own and use no advertising or tracking cookies. Cloudflare, our host, may set strictly necessary security cookies to protect the site. Through this site, the only personal data we receive is what you send us through the contact form or by email, and we use it to reply to you and to keep the site secure.
If you press the pause button for the moving background, your browser remembers that choice on your device. It is never sent to us, and no cookie is set for it.
What we collect
- Contact form and email: your name, email address and message, and anything else you choose to include.
- Spam protection: Cloudflare Turnstile loads only on the contact page. When you use the form, it checks technical signals from your browser (such as IP address and browser details) to tell people from bots. We do not receive or keep these signals. Cloudflare also uses them to improve Turnstile, under its own privacy policy.
- Hosting and analytics: our host, Cloudflare, processes standard request data (such as IP address and the page requested) to serve and protect the site. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which counts visits without cookies.
We do not ask for sensitive personal data. Please do not send it.
Why we use it
To read and reply to your message, and to keep the site secure and working. We do not sell your data, use it for advertising, or add you to a mailing list.

Some of this processing happens outside India. Each provider handles the data under its own terms and security commitments.
How long we keep it
The site does not store form messages. Resend, which delivers them, keeps a copy for 30 days. We delete your messages and our replies from our mailbox within 12 months of our last exchange, unless a law requires us to keep them longer. Deleted means removed from the mailbox and its trash. Zoho Mail keeps a deleted copy for up to 30 more days before erasing it.
Your rights
You can ask us to tell you what personal data we hold about you, to correct or update it, or to delete it, and you can withdraw your consent to our using it. Write to hello@medhyom.com. We will reply within one month.
Security
We protect your data with encrypted connections (HTTPS), a mailbox only we can sign in to, and two-step sign-in on our Cloudflare, Resend and Zoho Mail accounts. No system is completely secure, and we do not promise your data will never be exposed.
Children
The site is not meant for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect their data.

Grievance Officer
Yash Verma, hello@medhyom.com. We will acknowledge a grievance within 10 working days and respond, saying what we have done about it, within one month of receiving it.
Changes
If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page.
